O Allah, bless Ali ibnMuhammad, the Legatee of the legatees, the Imam of the Godwary, scion of the leaders of the faith and (God’s) testament to all the creatures. O Allah, inasmuch as You made him a source of light for the faithful, and he gave them the good news of Your plentiful reward and warned them of Your retribution and punishment for sins, reminded them of Your signs, allowed what you have permitted, and forbade what You have prohibited, expounded Your laws and obligations, urged them on to Your worship, enjoined them to obey You and forbade them from disobeying You, bless him with the best of blessings, You have granted to any of Your friends and the progeny of Your prophets! O God of all the Worlds!
